Overview

The face.com API lets you use face.com's services in your own apps and services. A single face.com API key is valid for a single domain or application. Here are some highlights from our Terms of Service in plain English, which apply to our FREE API services:

• There is a limit on the number of requests per day. See Rate Limits for more information.
• You must include face.com attribution.
• Your application must not offend or violate user privacy in any way.
• Your application must inform users that were tagged, and provide them with the ability to remove or correct their tags.
• You may use the API in websites or software applications. For websites, please sign up with the URL where your implementation can be found. For other software applications, please sign up with the URL of the page where your application can be downloaded.
• face.com will upgrade the APIs periodically. Check out our developers blog for updates.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of the service at any time, especially your use of the APIs are offensive or disregards users' privacy. Please read through the forum posts to decide whether your site meets the Terms of Use.
